Goodbye 2018 – You’ve been divine!

Well, we're close to the New Year.
2018 will end and, as happens at the end of each year, on these holiday days we are already starting to draw the sums of the year that we leave behind.
I know that for many of you, 2018 was a year like many others. I really know!
I know many of you have experienced, many of you have made new connections. Many of you have tried new things and many of you have lost everything.
I know, because I had the privilege over the past year to be part of the things you shared, your losses, your pains, your joys, your happiness and your accomplishments.
I have seen many of you saying, "I". ....
What can I say?! I like the people who leave their mark. These are those people who come into your life and cross it in silence, because for them the gestures speak loudly, shouts emotions.

As for the new year, I say-  let's begin with determination in the heart, with the stubbornness of the intellect and with the joy of living.
Let's keep an open mind; it's the only way new things can get in.
Let us live our lives fully every day. Experience, joy, dream!
To take care yourself, and to love yourself in the heavy moments! Because the obstacles in our path are not blocking us-they are redirecting us. Their purpose is not to interfere with our happiness; it is to point us toward new routes to our happiness, new possibilities, new doorways.

Do not try to be always perfect, because they give you good news, no one is. Be a good example for those around you. Love the things you do and be happy.
Try to be grateful even for the difficult and difficult situations that occur in your life. Often, through these situations, we experience the deepest emotional and spiritual growth.
Let’s be courageous in these year. Let’s choose love and rest and grace. Let’s use our minutes and hours to create memories with the people we love instead of dragging them on one more errand or shushing them while we accomplish one more seemingly necessary thing.
Let perceive every apparent obstacle as an opportunity to develop a new quality, power, understanding, intuition or wisdom.

I believe that if we cultivate a true attention, a deep ability to see what has been there all along, we will find worlds within us and between us, dreams and stories and memories spilling over. 
And so we will remember, nothing is impossible, we are made to grow and evolve. ..

Remember! what is empty will be filled, what is broken will be repaired, and what is lost can always be found, no matter how many times it’s been lost.

Become Saints Without Religion!

Can one become a saint without belonging to any religion? Apparently not, since the religions themselves have appropriated themselves of holiness and therefore to become saints, certain dogmas must be respected. ..

What then remains to a person who by choice, or by culture, does not profess any religion? Would not it be nice and proper to a saint become a person who in his life has given so much for others, or even gave his own life, without professing any religion in particular or without following  all  countless and drastic dogmas? A civil saint, in short!

I think, it is time to create another generation of saints, and to give the possibility to become saints without religion, people who do NOT need to enter a temple, do not need to worship a god with a name or worse yet, venerate pre-defined images.

A saint without religion, a person with a consciousness that is not only social, but above all cosmic, because he is capable of going beyond exclusively personal interests, and he would know how to act for the good of humanity.
A person united to the Universe who feels the pains of others as his pains, and the joys of others as his joys.
A saint without religion who knows how to sympathize and help the needy and at the same time is able to encourage artists to spread their art, denigrate the exploiters and support the politics of the honest.
A person capable of generous anonymous acts, a person capable to fights for the right to life of children and fights to free medicine from the big industries that are manufacturing more and more drugs, damaging even more than the diseases they can treat. Would treat people without distinction of race, culture, and above all, of religion!

Such human beings, with this majesty of soul, softly impersonal, for me have the right to become saints, that is, to be examples of life, even without religion. Because,holiness is not a luxury and should not be a privilege for the few, let alone an impossible goal for a normal, civilized man, offers love for others and for the whole Universe. 

That's why I say that to be a Saint you have to ACT (and not only do you believe!)
Because true faith is a universal breed that unites (without a breakdown of varieties) all human beings.

If you ask me,where are Saints really?
All around.

Goodbye 2017 – You’ve been amazing!

At the birth of another year, we often hear of a  program that claims it will help you to discover a “new you in the new year.” Most of us look at this time of year as offering a fresh start and a new opportunity to achieve our goals. Without question, that's how it is. But sometimes the pressure to change or “improve” can make you feel as if the “old you” isn’t really worthy of all the promise of the new year.

 

That’s why my first wish for the new year is that you always stay mindful of your own special worth and your uncontested role as the most important person in your own life. That sense of self really is the foundation for achieving your goals.

I wish that you are able to live your life as a toddler does: free of any fear of failure, and more importantly "I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes.

Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You're doing things you've never done before, and more importantly, you're Doing Something.

So that's my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody's ever made before. Don't freeze, don't stop, don't worry that it isn't good enough, or it isn't perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.Whatever it is you're scared of doing, Do it."  Neil Gaiman

Make your mistakes, next year  - forever and  believe in yourself, because no one ever achieved anything significant without make mistakes and without believing in himself and no one ever will! Believe in yourself powerfully, especially when there is no reason left to believe in yourself because the ultimate bottom is the best place to start a big rise!

Be kind to yourself in the year ahead. Remember to forgive yourself.
